ANAIS AMADE TALKS TO US AT THE PUTRAJAYA WORLD CUP STOP IN MALAYSIA

Anais Amade FRA is in our Star Monday Interview spotlight this week – and for many good reasons !  Born in Toulouse, she hit the headlines in 2004 when she took the European Slalom Champion title. She hit the headlines again a year ago when she took the very challenging Moomba Masters Slalom Champion title. In between those titles, a great deal has happened in her Waterski life – including some great World Cup performances. Last weekend, she celebrated the dream come true for her boyfriend, Aaron Larkin NZL, when he took the Slalom Champion title this year. When we recorded this interview with Anais in Putrajaya, Malaysia, a few months ago, we had just received the news that our sport had been accepted as a full sport in the next Mediterranean Games in Greece. Later we were informed that we will participate but not as a full formal sport – at least, not yet !
