WORLD CUP CABLE RIDERS DOMINATE IN HAMBURG GERMANY

HAMBURG ATTRACTS 1.1 MILLION SPECTATORS AND WORLD CUP STARS SHINE THROUGH !

Hamburg’s annual Festival at the downtown Binnenalster venue is a huge affair. Police estimates this past weekend were that 1.1 million visitors came to the site to enjoy the 2014 Wake Masters Hamburg. The perfect location for a Cable Wakeboard event was also visited by the International Wakeboard Council’s (IOC) Main Board member Patrick Hickey (IRL) and Hamburg’s Sports Minister Michael Neumann. IWWF President Kuno Ritschard and IWWF’s Des Burke-Kennedy who made the arrangements. Hamburg has serious ambitions to host a future Olympic Games. For Cable Wakeboard, this was an important occasion. Having our VIP’s on site to enjoy the spectacle was an aded bonus.
